Cezary Tomczyk said the deal provides for the exchange of liaison officers and closer operational cooperation between the two countries’ cyber units.

"The agreement will allow Polish and Swiss cyber forces to cooperate freely and share various solutions," he said.

He added that the partnership would include joint cyber defence exercises and knowledge-sharing initiatives aimed at strengthening both countries’ resilience to digital threats.

The agreement was signed during the Impact conference in the western Polish city of Poznań, state news agency PAP reported.

The two-day Impact conference, described by organisers as one of the leading economic and technology events in Central and Eastern Europe, opened on Wednesday in Poznań and is expected to draw more than 6,000 participants, including policymakers, business leaders and academics.
